Absolutely. If the sale price is still available when we place the order, we'll purchase it at the available promotional price.
Online prices can change quickly, though, so a sale price can only be confirmed once the purchase is successfully completed.
Yes. If you have a valid promo code, simply share it with us when requesting your quotation.
We'll try to apply it when purchasing your product. Promo codes are subject to the retailer's terms and may expire or become unavailable, so we'll confirm the final price with you.

Once you add the product to your cart, our team will review the product link and verify the actual product price, applicable sales tax, store shipping, promotional pricing, and any other purchase-related charges.

Some USA and UK stores charge a shipping fee to deliver the product from their store or warehouse to our overseas receiving location. We call this Store Shipping.
Not every store charges it. If it applies to your order, we'll include it in your quotation so you know the cost before we proceed.
Online prices can sometimes change within hours, especially during sales and promotional periods.
If the price changes before we purchase your product, we'll let you know if it affects your quotation. We always try to purchase at the best available price at the time of ordering.
For orders below ৳12,000, a 50% advance is required.
For orders of ৳12,000 or more, an 80% advance is required.
Once the advance is received, we'll proceed with your purchase. The remaining balance and applicable weight charge can be paid according to the payment instructions provided by our team.
Every Pre-Order is purchased specifically for you from an overseas retailer.
The advance confirms your order and allows us to purchase the product on your behalf. Once that's done, PFU2 takes care of the rest of the process until your product reaches Bangladesh.

Once your product arrives and is weighed, we'll confirm the exact weight charge with you.
Because the weight shown on a retailer's website isn't always the same as the final packaged weight.
Boxes, protective packaging, accessories, and other materials can add to the weight. Rather than giving you an inaccurate amount beforehand, we calculate it using the actual packaged weight once the product reaches Dhaka.
For most products, yes. Our regular weight charge already includes the normal customs duty, so you usually don't have to worry about a separate customs payment.
A few products have additional customs charges:
Mobile phones — ৳15,000 per phone
Laptops — ৳10,000 per laptop + weight charge
Some large or heavy electronic products may also have additional customs duty. If your product falls into this category, don't worry—our team will check it and let you know the applicable charge when preparing your quotation.
Delivery typically takes 25–45 days, depending on the retailer's processing time and the available shipping method.
PFU2 uses a combination of cargo shipments and traveler-based delivery to bring products to Bangladesh as efficiently as possible. Some orders may arrive within 20–25 days, while others may take 30–45 days depending on shipment schedules, customs clearance, and other logistical factors.

No. For Ready Stock items, the price shown or confirmed by PFU2 is the selling price of the product.
The regular USA/UK Pre-Order weight calculation doesn't apply separately to Ready Stock purchases.
PFU2 Locker is our upcoming service that will give you your own unique USA receiving address and suite/locker ID.
You'll be able to shop from supported US retailers yourself, use your PFU2 Locker address for delivery, and we'll receive your packages in the USA before arranging shipment to Bangladesh.
