PFU2 (“PFU2,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of our customers and is committed to protecting personal information collected through www.pfu2.com, our social-media pages, WhatsApp, customer-support channels, and other services operated by PFU2. By using our website or providing information to PFU2, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable laws of Bangladesh.
PFU2 may collect information reasonably necessary to process orders, provide customer support, improve our services, prevent fraud, and operate our business. This may include your name, mobile number, email address, billing or delivery address, order and transaction information, product preferences, communications with PFU2, IP/device/browser information, website activity, and information voluntarily submitted through forms, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or other communication channels. For certain transactions, international shipments, customs requirements, fraud-prevention procedures or regulatory requirements, PFU2 may request additional identification or documentation where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

Transactional communications relating to an existing order may continue where necessary to fulfil that order.
Payments may be processed through banks, mobile financial services, card processors, payment gateways or other authorized payment providers. PFU2 does not intend to store customers' complete card numbers, PINs, CVVs, internet-banking passwords or similar confidential banking credentials on its own systems where payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Customers should never provide their PIN, OTP, CVV or banking password to PFU2 employees through Facebook, WhatsApp, telephone or other messaging channels.
PFU2 does not sell customers' personal information. Information may, however, be shared to the extent reasonably necessary with service providers involved in fulfilling an order, including payment processors, overseas purchasing or sourcing partners, warehouses, international logistics providers, customs/clearance providers, domestic couriers, technology providers and communication-service providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, court order, regulatory authority or other lawful government request. Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant service should be shared.
Because PFU2 facilitates purchases and shipments from overseas markets, certain order information may need to be processed or shared outside Bangladesh with suppliers, purchasing partners, warehouses, carriers or other service providers involved in fulfilling the customer's order. By placing an international order, the customer understands that such processing may be necessary to complete the requested transaction, subject to applicable law.
PFU2.com may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain website functionality, remember preferences, understand website usage, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud and improve customer experience. Third-party services such as analytics, advertising or payment providers may also use technologies governed by their respective privacy policies. However, no website, internet transmission, electronic database or communication system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, PFU2 cannot guarantee absolute security against circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
PFU2 may retain customer and transaction information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, customer support, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance and legitimate business-record purposes. Information that is no longer reasonably required will be deleted, anonymized or securely archived where appropriate and subject to applicable legal obligations.
Customers may contact PFU2 to request reasonable correction or updating of inaccurate personal information held by PFU2. Requests for deletion or restriction will be considered subject to applicable law and PFU2's legitimate need to retain transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute or regulatory records.
PFU2 may provide links to third-party websites such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart or other retailers and service providers. PFU2 is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability or content of independent third-party websites. Customers should review the applicable third party's policies before providing information to them.
PFU2 may update this Privacy Policy when necessary due to changes in our services, technology, business practices or applicable laws. The updated version will be published on PFU2.com with a revised effective date.
